Here is my Mother's Day gifts from my two beautiful and very thoughtful daughters. We just had a lazy day at home as we were still recovering from our hoilday so the girls made me a lovely roast dinner and I was allowed to craft for most of the day. I had a lovely day, thank you girls love you loads.

TimsMarch Tag
I have finished Tims March tag
I decided to make two tags to show the different techniques you can get, but I must say that I like the first one much better. I used Tim's stamp set that I purchased as I love it and I thought I can get some use from it for making my Easter cards. I just used some wool that I had for the bottom edge. Also, I made my own bookplate as I did not have Tim's one. I did not have the tape that Tim used either, so I stamped onto some tissue paper cut it up into strip and glued it on , I really like how it turned out. March is done, onto Aprils!
Happy crafting!

My Mums Birthday card
I have finished my mums birthday card. I had made this card at my stampin up craft club quite a few weeks ago, and I just knew my mum would love it as she loves poppies. I just love the simplisity of the card.

Mother's Day card
I finished my mums' Mother's Day card
This was a card that I had made at my craft club, a few months ago, it did not have a sentiment on it so just added the Mothers day in peel offs.
I also added some more on the envelope just because it makes it pretty. It will be going in a Jiffy bag with her present so I can put the address on there.
It is my mums birthday the day after Mother's Day so she is going to get spoiled for a few days.

Stampin up craft club
We used the new tag punch to make the tags on the card, box and also to make the tag on the card. You have to open the ribbon to see inside the card, just love it.
The new punch is definitely on my wish list.
There was chocolate in a little bag in the box but as soon as I got home the chocolates where calling me, but of course I shared them. All the stamping was embossed with gold embossing powder I really liked this card as it was something different.
Happy crafting.

Mothers Day Card
Hi, I have finished one of my Mother,s day card.
This card is for my mother in law as she likes all things craft like me.
Using a die-cut sheet that I have had a while, I added some stitching backing paper, cut out some buttons to place down the side and then made a little pocket to put some sewing embellishments in. I had some tape measure ribbon to finish it off.
This is the inside of the card looks like.
On to some good news, I won a giveaway from Vintage Scraps. I have never won a giveaway before so was very happy. Thank you, Lesli, can't wait to get my goodies and start playing!
I now have my mums' mother's day card to make, and it is my mums' birthday the day after so I am going to be busy. Also at the end of March we are off to Disneyland Resort Paris for 5 days so need to get lots of things done before I go so am planning ahead.

Stamp storage
I always have so many stamps, and very limited space in my craft room, so I have to come up with ingenious storage ideas (Don't tell my husband that this makes it easier for me to buy more stuff). As part of Vintage Scrap's giveaway, I'm going to demonstrate how I organise my stamps.
I have a feature wall for all my wood mounted stamps, which my husband made especially. All my other stamps I have stored in small plastic baskets, each in their own category.
These I bought from the £1 shop, making the labels with the Stampin' Up label punch.
This makes it ideal for when I need something in particular, simply take down the box I need to my work station. The categories are: steampunk, whimsical, birds and garden, cute animals, smash book, words/letters/numbers and Christmas.
My Stampin' Up stamps live in the drawer, behind my work station.
All other non-mounted stamps (my favourite ones) are temporarily stuck on empty CD cases, numbered accordingly. Samples are then pre-stamped onto blank index cards and stored into the index box.
It's nice to flick through the cards, also helps as to what I already have.
I'd like to see what you have done for your storage.
Happy crafting!
